A. Yes, we normally leave a 4 to 6 week gap between visits, but we can discuss this the first time we come.

A. Most of our regular customers go for every four to six weeks. Anything longer than that and dirt, salt from the roads, and general grime start to properly bake onto the glass, which makes each clean take longer and cost more. If you're right on a busy road or near trees, we'd lean towards the four week end of that.

A. It's a system where we pump purified water up a long pole with a brush head on the end, so we can reach upstairs and hard to access windows safely from the ground. The water itself is so pure it pulls dirt off the glass without needing detergent, and because there's nothing left behind when it dries, you don't get the smeary residue that traditional soap and squeegee work can leave.

A. Not at all. Rain on its own doesn't leave marks the way dirty, dusty rain does, since there's nothing left on the glass for it to streak. You might notice a few water spots dry onto the surface depending on the minerals in that particular rainfall, but that's completely different to the ingrained dirt we removed, and it'll usually clear on the next visit or the next proper downpour.

A. That's usually hard water deposits, which is mineral residue left behind as water dries rather than dirt we've missed. It tends to show up more on south facing glass that dries quickly in the sun. We can go back over problem areas with a finishing cloth on request, and if it's a recurring issue on one particular window we'll flag it so you know what's causing it.

A. Frames and sills are included as standard on every visit, we wipe them down as we go rather than charging extra for it. If a frame's got heavier build up from moss or algae, we'll mention it to you, since that sometimes needs a slightly different approach to bring it back properly.

A. Just clear side access if you've got a locked gate, and if you've got a dog that isn't keen on strangers in the garden, it helps to know in advance. Beyond that there's nothing to prepare, we bring our own water and equipment, and most jobs don't require you to be home at all once we've agreed access.

A. We'll get in touch to reschedule rather than turn up and do a rushed, lower quality job in bad weather. Heavy rain undoes a lot of the benefit of the clean anyway, and in a proper frost the water in our system can freeze in the lines, so we simply move you to the next available slot, usually within a few days.

A. Yes, conservatory roofs and skylights are something we get asked about a lot, since they're awkward to reach and often get neglected. We use the same water fed pole system for most of these, and for anything with a steeper pitch or trickier access we'll talk you through it beforehand so there are no surprises on the day.

A. Most customers pay by bank transfer or card after each visit, and for regular customers we're happy to invoice monthly instead if that's easier. We'll always confirm the price with you before the work starts, so there's nothing unexpected waiting for you afterwards.

A. It's rare, but we take full responsibility if it happens. Let us know straight away and we'll sort it directly with you, whether that's a repair or something more. We treat every property the way we'd want our own treated, and that includes owning any mistakes honestly.
